  • free of charge until the age of 3

  • 65,- Euro until the age of 11

  • 80,- Euro until the age of 14

  • 95,- Euro from the age of 15 onwards

• Prices do not include the local tax of 2,20 Euros per person per night

• Dogs only allowed after arrangement and are subject to additional costs (35,- Euros per night).

• Reservations will only be confirmed after full payment. Requests expire without confirmation by full payment. You will receive a confirmation once the money has arrived in our account.

• Conditions of cancellation (events excluded):

  • up to 21 days before arrival - free of charge

  • up to 8 days before arrival - 50% of the total amount will be refunded

  • from 7 days before arrival - no refund

• Terms and conditions for events:

  • The Villa Weiss venue is only guaranteed if payment dates are met.

  • Transferred payments will not be refunded.
